How It Works

Referring a neighbor, friend, or family member is simple:

• Fill out the referral form below — or have them mention your name when they call or book online.
• We schedule and complete their garage door repair or service.
• You receive $50 within 7 days of the completed job — your choice of PayPal, Venmo, or gift card.

What Counts as a Qualified Referral

To qualify, the referral must meet all three of the following:

• The referred customer is new to Open Sesame Door STL (not an existing customer in our records)
• They complete a paid repair or service at a St. Louis metro area address
• The referral is submitted before their scheduled appointment (or within 24 hours of booking)

Reward Details

• Reward amount: $50 per completed referral
• Payment timing: Within 7 days after service completion
• Payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, or gift card
• Limit: One reward per household or service address within any 12-month period

Simple Terms

We keep this program straightforward so there are no surprises:

• Referrals outside our St. Louis service area may not qualify
• Referrals for non-service requests (estimates only, etc.) do not qualify
• Open Sesame Door STL may update or end this program at any time — but all existing qualified referrals will always be honored
